  • PREPARATION

    Our doctor will go over your medical file. After an initial diagnosis he will forward your file to a relevant medical specialist.
    Within 2 working days you receive your individual treatment plan (in your native language) including:
    An initial diagnosis  with Options for treatment + expected outcomes.
    Treatment duration & costs. You will also receive a list of diagnostic procedures required for a final  diagnosis for the moment of your arrival in Israel and a precise treatment timeline and costs.

  • YOUR RESPONSE

    Let us know when you wish to go ahead with treatment.
    The following working day you will be sent a patient agreement with conditions and other detailed requirement.
    Forward us the signed contract and relevant documentation.(At this point you are ONLY committed to the diagnostic procedure which will provide the final diagnosis.)
    Your diagnostic procedures will be arranged by us with results within 2-3 days.
    We will also book your flights, accommodation and transportation, Israel sightseeing tours + anything else you need for comfortable staying in Israel.

  • ARRIVAL IN ISRAEL

    You have just arrived at the airport and are taken by a chauffeur directly to your accommodation. Soon you are going to undergo the necessary diagnostic procedures – All  relevant appointments will be arranged by us.
    The diagnostic results would be forwarded to the physician or other specialist who provides a final diagnosis with all possible treatment options.
    You will meet you specialist (you will be assisted by our medical staff who will serve your as a translator).
    With the help of your specialist, choose the best treatment option.
    All necessary appointments and procedures for the best treatment will be arranged by us.
    Our medical assistants will accompany your during undergo treatment.
    Treatment ENDS. Meet your specialist to ensure that desired results were achieved and receive recommendations for further treatment at home, if necessary.
    We ensure that you have received all necessary services and arrange your bill for final payment.
    In accordance with Israeli legislation you will be provided with all original documents which will be translated into English or your native language.

  • Departure

    You return home in good health condition. We stay in touch to ensure your health condition remains sound, and will remind you of further diagnostic procedures if required.
    In case the diagnostic results should be transmitted to the specialist for follow-up, we will translate and forward the documentation and care for better communication between you and you attending doctor.
